What is Dental Insurance?

Dental insurance is a health and wellness plan designed to pay a portion of costs associated with preventive, minor, and some major dental care.

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees as described on page 2 of this guide, spouse & dependent children to age 26; Orthodontia for children only (up to age 19)
Coverage through MetLife
Find a dental provider at: Dental Provider Search (Network: PDP Plus)
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of date of service.
No Waiting Periods
Exams and cleanings are allowed 2 times each calendar year. They do not have to be separated by 6 months.
